CHCW: A post, a fan, a wide open net, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Game 25 Gionta love: Pacioretty. Arguably the best game he’s played in the NHL.

Andrei Markov: He’s no Markov, but O’B is turning out to be a pretty good defenseman. And IMO he’s only going to get better.

Goalie Guessing Game: 3 goals against but as always, Carey kept us in it.

Chris Higgins Career Watch: I’ve completely forgotten about Chris Higgins. he’s still in the NHL?

SK74: meh, didn’t notice him doing anything bad to be honest. He’s earned another game as far as I’m concerned.

Pierre et Benoit: Ma parole! I tune them out so no comment.

Overall it was what you’d expect from an AHL team, the fact that they hung in there with Sid and the stanley cup champs is impressive in itself.

Thanks for filling in the blanks! I figured as much about the final outcome.

Game 25 Gionta love: Patches and Sergei with a “get well soon” card delivered by Pleky with cookies made by Cammy.

Andrei Markov: I’ve set up the #79 signal on top of Place Ville Marie.

Goalie Guessing Game: Pricey needs a vacation. I think he’s dreaming about flying pucks coming at him and retarded refs that take 10 years to blow a whistle.

Chris Higgins Career Watch: Trade for Laraque?

SK74: Played on one leg, set up Patches, didn’t look out of place with Cammy and Pleky either, and was a tenacious Bulldog on the PK. Picked up a new tool too: flying into someone to keep a puck alive in the O-zone.

Pierre et Benoit: Turning into bitter, sarcastic old men.
